As usual beautiful ghazal :D. You are master!
Kaafiya is fine, Radif is fine, Matla fine, but it seems beher is not..... Beher mean meter. I also don't have good knowledge about beher.
As Manish said why don't you call and tell her to come back, singing, "yaad aa rahi hai teri yaad aa rahi hai, yaad aane se tere jaane se jaan jaa rahi hai..." :)
